I first saw Lynne in November last year with a pain in my right shoulder area (I suspected brought on by a heavy gym routine with no stretching). With regular weekly sessions, plus 5 minutes a day of set exercises, my shoulder not only became pain free by the end of the year, but I now have a greater degree of flexibility in that whole area. However the real 'miracle' is the work that Lynne did on my left wrist (I am left handed). For about 10 years this had been swollen (again due to heavy weightlifting in my 30s plus I think a squash related injury) to the point where I had lost the majority of flexibility and needed an annual cortisone injection to reduce the inflammation that had built up over each year. Even specialist consultants (at no cheap cost) told me that I had chronic tenosynovitis that wouldn't improve significantly and, in later life my wrist would no doubt become arthritic. Well, after only about 5-6 sessions with Lynne my wrist is better than it has been for all of that time. The swelling has almost completely gone and I have close to full movement again!!! I can now do full press ups without having to use bars to grip and I don't have any general day to day pain whatsoever. I'm now looking forward to picking up a squash racket again.
 
Clearly a great result....and as an added benefit I always enjoy the 30 minute sessions and they invigorate me for the rest of the day. It will almost be a shame when I am signed off.  Thank you Lynne.
