Personal Training (one-to-one or small group)
I offer personal training as a private alternative to my outdoor fitness classes. This can be based in your home or outside, as well as the use of the facilities at Physio and Therapies for a more private session using the well equipped gym facilities. I believe in creating fitness that is bespoke to the client. This might seem obvious to say, but is not widely practised by many personal trainers. My skills range from fat loss, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and specific event training, such as mountain marathons and fell races.
