Dalton is a specialist physiotherapist. He was attracted to the profession by his passion for biomechanics and qualified as a physiotherapist from Keele University in 2019. He has recently completed a postgraduate certificate in Physiotherapy Management of Musculoskeletal Conditions with the University of Lancashire in 2025 and plans to finish the MSc. He regularly attends specialist shoulder and elbow courses to stay up to date with current assessment and treatment methods. Dalton is a member of the Health Care Professions Council, and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, as well as a specialist member of the Association of Trauma and Orthopaedic Chartered Physiotherapists, an affiliate member of the European Society for Surgery of the Shoulder (SECEC) and The British Elbow and Shoulder Society (BESS). Dalton’s key interests and experience is in the treatment of Shoulder, Elbow and knee pathologies. He has worked both for the NHS and privately. He was coached in his late teens for several years at competition level in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has represented amateur rugby and swimming teams. He previously worked as an Electrician so can relate to other walks of life. Now in his spare time he enjoys dog walking, trail runs and violin playing. Dalton is committed to providing evidence based high standards of care based on your goals, delivering advice, education, manual therapy, tailored exercise rehab programs and can offer taping techniques. Something exciting he has in the works currently is application to BAPAM (British Association of Performing Arts Medicine) to be able to support our local musicians and dancers more effectively.
